Meet Rudy Rodriguez
With over a decade of experience as a chief legal officer, corporate secretary, and C-suite executive, Rudy Rodriguez works closely with a broad range of businesses, including boards, CEOs, and leadership teams, on governance, compliance, risk, litigation, employment, and legal operations.
Rudy brings senior in-house experience across public companies, private-equity backed businesses, and national multi-location brands, helping clients manage legal risk while keeping business objectives front and center. Through General Counsel Solutions, he supports companies that need seasoned legal judgment, responsive day-to-day counsel, and strategic guidance without the overhead of a full-time in-house legal department.
Rudy most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. He previously served as Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer of CEC Entertainment, LLC, and as General Counsel of American Eagle Airlines.
