Corinna Ulrich brings extensive experience as a general counsel and in senior legal management positions leading corporate legal departments and advising boards, executives and senior management teams at public and private equity-held businesses. Her expertise includes guiding businesses through mergers, acquisitions and going-public and going-private transactions, as well as advising on corporate governance, securities compliance, regulatory and risk management, intellectual property and employment matters, including executive compensation.

Cori has managed corporate legal departments across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, life sciences, logistics, travel, hospitality, media and communications. That experience has given her a firsthand understanding of the value of quality corporate legal counsel for companies in various stages of growth. She has seen the value that a proactive and strategic approach to legal representation can bring as companies prepare for and capitalize on their business opportunities.

At GC Solutions, Cori relies upon that experience to provide strategic guidance to companies whose needs for legal support are evolving with the growth or transition of their business, and companies that may not yet need a full-time general counsel or legal department.
